HOW DO I

Report a Death

Where the deceased died intestate (without a Will) leaving minor children, the death must be reported to the Administrator-General.

Make a Will

A will must be in writing, whether handwritten, typewritten or computer generated. Great care must be exercised by the testator.

Prove My Relationship

An individual who asserts an interest in an intestate estate is required to establish the basis upon which he or she claims to benefit.

Transfer a Motor Vehicle

A motor vehicle transfer is authorised to the surviving spouse of a deceased person where the deceased person was the sole owner of a motor vehicle.
